Free trial
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, so you can try Rentaer before you are charged.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of a payment. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles refunds.
How to request
Email info@rentaer.com or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt. Include the email used at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
