About these terms

Hyperdata operates Rentaer (rentaer.com). These terms form an agreement between you and Hyperdata for your use of the service. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to them.

The service

Rentaer helps landlords record properties, tenants, rent payments and interventions, and lets renters publish rental requests and receive offers. Rentaer is a record-keeping tool; it does not collect rent on your behalf, act as an agent, or give legal, tax or financial advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You must have the right to store the personal data of tenants and contacts you add.

Plans and billing

Rentaer offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or yearly. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rentaer for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading listings, offers or requests, spam, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property rights. Do not interfere with security or operation of the service, including through malware, unauthorised probing or scraping, or attempt to access data that is not yours.

Intellectual property

Hyperdata retains ownership of Rentaer and its intellectual property, including its software, documentation and branding. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of those rights. You retain your rights in the content you enter and must have permission to use and share it.

Suspension and termination

Hyperdata may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue; immediate action may be necessary to protect the service or others.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, Hyperdata is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on data in your account.
